Founder of Sully's Rodent Remediation & Wildlife Control
The Man Who Built Sully's
Sullivan McKee founded Sully's Rodent Remediation & Wildlife Control out of a genuine love for wildlife, the outdoors, and helping people solve problems that most others wouldn't touch. He built the business from the ground up alongside his close friend Taylor — who runs Native Wildlife Solutions in Pasco County — learning everything about the trade together and building two sister companies that became Pinellas and Pasco County's most trusted wildlife control teams.
Sullivan brought something rare to this work: real care. He cared about the animals he handled, the homes he protected, and the people he served. His clients trusted him completely — not just because he was good at the job, but because they could see that he genuinely meant what he did.
He passed away on April 18, 2025, at just 24 years old.
Sullivan was a son, a brother, a friend, and a father. He leaves behind his daughter, Clover Lee — and a community of people whose lives he touched through his work, his humor, and the genuine care he brought to everything he did. The people who knew him knew how rare he was.

In His Own Words

"Here at Sully's we are a non poison company. we offer eco-friendly yet very effective solutions for any rodent problem. I wanna say thank you to Safety Harbor Strong Owls & Nature and Birds in Helping Hands for the certificate presented to us today. We strongly believe in what you're fighting for!"
His Blueprint. Carried Forward.
Sullivan's sister, Stirling McKee, has taken over Sully's with one clear purpose: to keep the business going exactly the way Sullivan ran it — with the same integrity, the same care, and the same standards he built it on.
Over the past year, Stirling has earned full certification in wildlife control and rodent remediation, completed hands-on training with Taylor of Native Wildlife Solutions, and built out a team trained to Sullivan's exact methods. Every job done under the Sully's name is done his way.
Stirling is also a United States military veteran, and she brings that same commitment to discipline and service to every call she takes. Sully's is now a veteran-owned business — and it's still Sullivan's business.
"I spent the last year learning everything he knew. Every technique, every job, every standard he held himself to. Sully's is still his. I'm just making sure it keeps going."
The Standard He Set
Sullivan and Taylor built something special — two guys who learned together, worked together, and became each other's competition in the best possible way. Native Wildlife Solutions handles Pasco County. Sully's handles Pinellas. That's the way it was. That's the way it stays.
If you have a wildlife or rodent problem in Pinellas County — you can trust that Sully's will handle it the way Sullivan would have.
